Duane Enoch

Project Manager / Foreman

Duane was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and graduated from Martin Luther King High School. Upon graduation, Duane worked for PECO Energy as a subcontractor. He attended trade school in 2001 for heating and air conditioning, where he earned a certificate upon completion. Duane went to work for Service Mark Heating Cooling and Plumbing for several years before getting accepted into the Local 19 Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Program. Through the apprenticeship program, Duane was able to enhance his skills and knowledge with a hands-on application in HVAC and Sheet Metal Fabrication. In June of 2010, Duane started a residential HVAC company; in his first year, the company did $236,000 in sales. The company, which is also a minority certified business, is currently in hibernation. Duane started working at Environmental Construction Services, Inc. in December 2013 as a Foreman/PM. In addition, Duane continuously develops his skills and knowledge. In April 2014, he attended and received a certificate of completion for a 3-day project management course to help him advance in the financial and business side of the HVAC trade.
