MICHAEL A. BROWN, 38, of Blackwood, Camden County, is the founder and president of Environmental Construction Services, an HVAC company in Somerton that does energy-retrofit projects. Brown was one of 23 small-business owners who recently completed the Goldman Sachs “10,000 Small Businesses” training program at Community College of Philadelphia.
