Upon engaging our services, ECSI 360 will work to analyze your facilities. In the case where EAM systems are in place our firm will create a training and implementation program that will allow you and your clients to take full advantage of the EAM systems that they already have purchased. In the case where an EAM system is not in place, SMS will utilize its own in-house EAM to optimize the performance of the workforce utilized in your facility. If our full-time workforce is managing your facility, our personnel will begin entering all of your critical assets into our EAM systems. Within several months of an award, we will begin tracking the performance of assets and generating “game changing” reports to you and your clients.
