Historical Restoration

ECSI 360’s team of expert engineers and architects have experience in restoring and renovating historical cites across the United States. Our team provides all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to complete the repairs. We also train all employees to work while your facilities are still open to the public. This limits any disruptions in the daily schedule or routine of the historical cite’s employees and customers.

While working, we ensure that all material and equipment will be stored properly and work areas are cleaned regularly. ECSI 360 regularly sends a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) Manager onto the field to ensure that all government regulations are followed and expected daily routines at the Historical Cites are maintained.

Using our BIM Software, we can show facility managers an overview of what the site will look like upon completion. If unsatisfied, we can continually change the layout of the facility until we design the exact specifications you require This also allows us to update your hardcopy blueprints with electronic blueprints that can be stored on the facilities server.

You successfully replaced the cooling tower while the PA Conventi…

June 3rd marked an important collaboration between 10,000 Small Businesses alumni and Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg employees. This would not have been possible without your commitment. Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback and indicated that the session encourage…
