Safety

SafetyFirst-LOWEnvironmental Construction Services is committed to ensuring its employees return home to their families in the same condition that they come to work. To guarantee fulfillment of this pledge, we require continuous safety training for all ECSI 360 employees. Our commitment begins at the executive level—all senior executives are required to complete a 30-hour OSHA training course and earn their certification. Our top leaders maintain high safety standards by remaining focused on and dedicated to ensuring our workforce’s well-being.

To further strengthen ECSI 360’s commitment to safety, we have partnered with Med-Tex Services. Thy are a premier health and safety organization that specializes in safety training, consulting, equipment rental and repair, health services and fall protection. They are available throughout the life of the project and aids ECSI 360’s efforts to increase safety for both our employees and customer facilities. If you would like to know more information about Med-Tex, please visit their website for more information.

ECSI 360’s field managers and directors are also required to have their OSHA-30 (and CPR training) within two years of employment. They are further obligated to develop site-specific safety plans for each company project and appoint trustworthy staff members to administer and uphold our safety regulations for the project’s duration. Our qualified safety professionals, consisting of field foremen and superintendents, are required to conduct weekly “toolbox talks.” These safety sessions address the dangers of the jobsite, with a focus on specific hazards common to that week’s assigned tasks. ECSI 360 and Element Mechanical maintain and have:

  • A dedicated safety coordinator
  • Site-specific safety manuals
  • Multiple employees holding an OSHA-30 certification
  • All tradespeople holding (at minimum) an OSHA-10 certification
  • SMACNA Safety Award—Zero Injuries (2013, 2012)

We are delighted to share your photo with Lloyd Blankfein and Mike Bloomberg from that day. June 3rd marked an important collaboration between 10,000 Small Businesses alumni and Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg employees. This would not have been possible without your commitment. Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback and indicated that the session encourage…

I wanted to write you a letter of recommendation for your company’s performance on the Cooling Tower Replacement Project at the PA Convention Center. It was a pleasure working with you and your staff on such a difficult project, especially when you consider the logistics of phasing the replacement of the existing cooling tower while keeping the building’s cooling system up and running, during such an active time operationally. You successfully replaced the cooling tower while the PA Conventi…
