With nearly two decades of leadership in office and project operations, Jennifer Riley is a seasoned professional known for driving operational excellence across complex, high-growth environments—particularly in the construction industry. As Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Administrator, Jennifer plays a vital role in overseeing all facets of internal operations including HR, Payroll, Insurance, Bonding, Licensing, Union Compliance, Audits, and Organizational Certifications.
Jennifer provides executive-level leadership and operational oversight for Environmental Construction Services, Inc. (ECSI360) and all its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships—Element Mechanical Services, HWE Mechanical, Limbach360, The 360 Group of Companies, and SMS360. Her ability to manage cross-functional teams and streamline processes ensures a seamless workflow from pre-construction through project completion.
She began her career as an Executive Assistant and quickly advanced into roles that spanned project management, estimating, sales, and operations. From 2007 to 2012, she was instrumental in the rapid growth of Decision Distribution, a certified MBE and DBE firm that achieved a 1,335% growth rate and earned a spot at #238 on the Inc. 500 list in 2011.
Jennifer’s deep expertise in both commercial and government contracting allows her to oversee bid management and project scheduling with precision. She excels in optimizing internal systems, supporting leadership strategy, and ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
