Louis Tierno, ECSI360’s Controller, is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. He strives to learn new ways of doing things, and taking on challenges that are sometimes beyond his comfort zone. This skill was put to the test when Louis oversaw a textile manufacturing company’s production line while employed as its Director of Finance. When the company decided to sell part of its holdings and acquire others, he played an integral part in the resulting $25 million merger. He led the merger’s financial integration by working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition. Louis’s strong interpersonal skills have earned him the confidence of his staff as well as his colleagues throughout ECSI 360. He has developed solutions for the financial issues that keep the company’s CEO and other top executives up at night. Louis holds Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Management, and is an active member with City of Hope, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), and the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia.
